I paddle mostly in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, which is a very snowy area most of the winter, so I do a lot of plowing snow in my Toyota FJ Cruiser. I have never had an issue in the winter of not being able to do so. The bumper is built very sturdy, and the frame horns help it withstand some tugging.
