I have an old Y valves for dirt bikes but are bursting or missing parts. It seems simple enough to jury-rig something so I looked to the parts list. The supply flap valve 4506 is just for odd ball engines, not 92-on thumpers, so I found this. This is a single V 45-46mm Y-Valve. I was looking at my tank for 45mm, but it is 40mm instead.
By hole to hole for mount is 54mm. This will work nicely on a board or metal mounting bracket and there’s plenty of feet adjustment to play with. 4506 is a full output pump diaphragm, in a steel case with a nylon injected in rust prevention. They’re not for use when fresh water logging or worse when salt water. Installation was easy, no issue feeding fuel line from the old system wiring harness to the new.
